FOCHI is a Congolese NGO which was founded in 2002 and formalized in 2003. Based in Uvira, it currently operates in the territories of Uvira, Fizi and Walungu, across the Province of South Kivu. In addition to the education work, FOCHI’s main priority, however, is Community Integrity Building, Community led Justice (local justice to local conflicts) are the responses to the state system which fails to control corruption and provide justice for the vast majority.
