PROJECT DESCRIPTION

There was shortage of water in the village after the earthquake. The villagers were having tough time due to the scarcity. Thus, HELVETAS built taps in the village and made water available to each house. The project directly benefits 375 villagers of the village.

There was no any problem of drinking water before the earthquake. The scarcity emerged as a result of earthquake. But now since HELVETAS has started the project of building taps and making drinking water available in the village, I, Sher Bahadur Tamang, am really happy.
